AWARD WINNING DISNEY ARTIST DAVE WOODMAN

Voice-Over Hall of Fame

We are pleased to announce that Dave Woodman will be attending the California Independent Animation Film Festival weekend of May 16th and 17th at the Orinda Theatre.


Dave's work with Disney includes: The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, The Prince and the Pauper (Mickey Mouse), Aladdin, 101 Dalmatians, TV series, The Tigger Movie and Honey I Shrunk the Kids titles.

Non Disney projects from his 20 year animation career include He-Man, Opposites attract music video (Paula Abdul), Christmas Vacation titles (Chevy Chase) and Steven Spielberg’s An American Tail.

Dave also has over 35 years of illustration experience with such publications as: The New Yorker, People, The Chicago Tribune, The Hartford Courant, Modern Bride and Tennis magazines.




Dave will be drawing illustrations throughout the weekend and a Q &A panel with other animators, to be announced soon. Plus at the Voice-Over Hall of Fame ceremony Dave will be inducting the Legacy Character (to be announced very soon). So stay tuned!

Well--uhhh--look at that fourth word above, just below Mr. Woodman's photo. Don't you mean "drawing"? GREAT idea you've got, though! These great voice actors and actresses deserve to be honored in this way! Please see my Facebook page. The banner photo shows my BFF, Miss Mary Lou Wallace and me on each side of dear Mel Blanc at age 78 in 1986. Mary Lou and I were Mel's close friends during his last 11 YEARS! Do you want us to tell his son Noel about this, or have you told him already? Have a ROARING success with this project!
